Indian Railways is a joke

Currently, I am in a long south india trip and I am using trains for most part of the itinerary.

However, there is no difference between bihar and tamil nadu. Lots of unauthorised passengers crowding the chair car coaches and shamelessly arguing for a seat. Last week I was heading to Chennai from BLR and the chair car was filled eith uncivilized tamils who were going to vellore. They were continuously arguing in Tamil and being a north Indian, it was beyond my understanding. It felt like somone is pouring poison in my ears. Even complaining in rail madad app was of no use. No one came and the complaint was closed.

Even travelling in premium trains like shatabdi is of no use. There was one vacant seat beside me in shatabdi and someone just came and occupied it without reservation.

Overall, no difference between north and south india. Just want to escape the country badly. Sorry for the rant
