Sunnyvale Admin Abuse

Sunnyvale has been banning anyone who kills a cheater that pays them well on their server. Upon submitting tickets about 12 of my friends got banned. The admin Ander refuses to disclose any information or say what cheat or exploit they are accused of using. I’ve watched these guys stream hundreds of hours and not a single issue was seen. They refuse to let us speak to the server owner to appeal the case and have threatened to ban my friends on 200+ servers if we try to appeal the ban again. If you have anything similar please message me or comment here so we can get the server owners attention. My friends spent hundred of dollars on the server and got banned because they killed a known cheater who pays the server more than them.
