Carburetor help

I have a 92 ninja ex500. When I bought it it would run and ride but pissed fuel from the over flow. So I took it apart, rebuilt it and set the floats to the recommended 17mm. Put it back on and now the damn thing dies under full throttle. If I slowly roll on the throttle it will rev all the way up. But if I chop the throttle even a little bit it bogs down. Any ideas?

Stock jets stock exhaust and airbox, stock everything. Nothing has changed except I fixed the floats so it doesn't just piss fuel
