2 schools vs 1?

I'm about to graduate with my MSW and i'm interviewing for jobs sith different school districts. I don't have offers from either school yet but one district assigns ssw to one school and the other does two schools for each ssw. My experiencing in my internship was unique bc I was not in a public school setting so i'm looking for advice and thoughts on what working in 2 schools looks like for other people?
