How to get lab space for a student organization?

Me and a group of students are starting a club on campus. Sparing the specifics, the only reason we need a lab space is because our antibodies (used for our biomed engineering project) need to be stored in a -20C freezer. The club will be officially recognized by the time fall rolls around and we're in the lab, but I have no idea who to contact or approach to obtain lab space.
