Debate

I was wondering if you would help me settle this debate between me and my friends. The topic is about the Next Gen Racers. I was stating that there are no hybrid cars among them, for example Jackson "The Goat" Storm is not a Hybrid.

Would you say that he is just another outstanding future racer that only runs on gas?
