I relapsed after 4 months of being clean

Recently I got clean from porn when I entered a relationship I felt fulfilled and I quit because it was gross habit. she dumped me very unexpectedly. I relapsed and feel like complete garbage I just wish I didn’t feel this way now I have to restart. Does anyone have any advice on how to move forward I don’t want to fall back into addiction.
