dropping a 100 year restraining order?

North Carolina

For Context, I am 18 years old, my mom placed a life time, or 100 yr restraining order against someone very important to me when I was 16. She pulled legal strings, and the case did not fit the criteria for a life time order. It was a contributing to the delinquency of a minor misdemeanor.

This has ate up my conscious ever since, especially because I believe truly the individual did nothing wrong. My mom altered his life by lying about what might have happened and forging a victim impact statement. I never had the chance to testify in this case, in which I was the victim. I now want to get the order dropped.

Is this possible with me being the victim, and a 100 year restraining order for a delinquency of a minor charge being absurd; for me to get this dropped.

Any help is appreciated
