Quitting nicotine while on SR

Over the years, ive had a few addictions down the line such as obviously pmo and also kratom. But by far the worst one and hardest to quit has always been nicotine.

I was able to somehow control kratom while I was addicted and have totally quit it for more than a year now. In the last 10 months i must have watch p about 4 times and got a few 1-2 months + SR streaks during that time.

Now im around 55 hours nicotine free. Thats probably the longest ive lasted in the last 10 years. Its obviously too early to call victory but at this stage it won't probably won't get any worse and only better. Its also not always easy but somehow I have a feeling SR makes the withdrawals more manageable this time around.

Anyone quit nicotine while on SR? How was it?
