How do you deal with grief and losing loved ones?

My sibling has cancer and is terminal at only 48.

Watching him suffer has been horrible. I dread his death but I know it’s going to happen and I don’t know what to do. I cry every single day.

Next my parents will die.

I don’t really even want to continue living after my loved ones die.
