Pillow Allowed

Does anyone know if a full size pillow is allowed as well as my carry on? And is coffee an available choice for a free beverage?

(In reading previous posts, I was glad that when I originally purchased my ticket back in February I chose seat 4A because it seems as if that is a good choice)
