[Discussion] Routines are good, but flexibility leads to more stability
One of the things that I have found for me personally is that routines are good, but flexibility and the mindset of doing things even if my routine goes poorly is what has helped me sustain habits. For example,This is coming from my perspective as I believe that routines are more so general guidelines to having a habit rather than something where everything must be in place for good habits to occur. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts and experiences whether they are similar or different from mine.
