Help Needed: Game Crashes My PC

I've owned Hunt for 3 years now and play it regularly. Recently, during this event, my game will crash my PC to a black screen and require a hard reset with the power button (even though the internal lights are on). This seems to happen when I'm about to look at a player, when I shoot, etc.. However, it's not exactly every time, it's random, at least a handful of times a night. When I come back into the game, I get the following stuck screen:

For reference, I have tried reinstalling the game, verifying files and I have tried different graphics settings. Here are my specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K, 3600 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 32GB
