I think I have a stomach bug without vomiting

Im not sure if this is triggering or anything since i never use this sub, but I absolutely hate throwing up, and I haven't since I was a kid. My stomach is really strong though and many times when I should have thrown up, I didnt. I think today I have the stomach bug that's been going around in my family recently, but unlike all of them, I've just been nauseous and had a terrible headache and I haven't thrown up at all, depsite feeling terrible. Is this possible all? I really don't feel like throwing up.
