Question about piracetam.

So I took some for the first time pike 4-5 hours ago. Is it supposed to make me feel warm all over? Like my face feels warm and so do my hands. Everything else does too but mostly notice it in my face. Doesn't it increase blood flow? I feel good and any nervousness comes from never having took it before.. I also take kratom and phenibut. I take these things responsibly and within reason. I have a GABA deficiency and without something to boost it I'll have panic attacks and severe anxiety problems. I know people say it takes a few weeks to get the full effects but I do feel something. Doubt it's placebo but maybe it is? I took it expecting nothing. I even forgot I had took it until I started feeling effects and then remembered I took it. What all does piracetam do? I got it as a 10g free sample when I got the phenibut in. I know it's supposed to help cognitive function, memory, and learning. So I decided to try it.
