Rank question.

I was in quick play and came up against a victor. Not a great matchup for me so I expected to lose but I go destroyed beyond belief he launch punished every single whiff literally every one. His combos were sick also. Then I looked in the bottom corner and saw he was on a 256 game win streak. We were playing at orange ranks. The highest level I've played against was blue I believe fujin. I'd say I'm firmly between shinryu and flame ruler. I was able to almost win multiple sets vs this blue. I by the grace of the tekken gods win one round against the victory. If legit would you say that's a tekken king + level player.
