How do I become an ameateur MMA Artist

I'm 18 years old on Illinois. I live in a very rural area with the nearest gym for any type of training being around an hour and a half away. I've trained Jiu-Jitsu for just under a year when I was 16 and have started doing an underground fight club sort of like fight club with boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling here in town in the local parks. I've gotten around 100 fighters competing for me now and have fought about 20 of them. I've fought all weight classes while only being 145 lbs. I've since then gotten offers from many pro and amateur fight organizations asking me to compete for them. I work 11 pm-11 am everyday and don't know what I need to start this journey of ranked fighting but I'd love to know. (Sorry for the long post)
