Trying to unlock all Electric Stigma

Trying to unlock all skills and right now I am stuck trying to figure out Electric Stigma to finish out the Prison Camp collection. The only thing it tells me to to is to "Become inflicted with Shock" but I can't find a single enemy type that can deal that affliction. Anyone know what enemy I can let bash me in for the skill?
