Help please

I'm married to a covert narcissist, finally realized after 13 years of marriage, still stuck in it...right now he's using the silent treatment on me, but every time he does, he turns it around and acts like I'm the one doing it..how am I supposed to handle this? He'll start the silent treatment and literally act like im not here and he acts like nothings wrong, he's trying to make it seem like I'm the one doing it because I don't talk to him when he does this...then it's a waiting game of who's going to say the first words...I'm so sick of it! He used to do the silent treatment in a more obvious way but since I called him out on it, he's now doing it even more covertly...if I ignore him and refuse to say anything, he'll go weeks without saying anything, and I always eventually break..I don't want to keep doing this...how do I show him it doesn't bother me, even though it does...how should I handle this?
