I don't Yawn. Has anybody tried to figure that one out?

My doctor agreed to put me on Pax loving when I was about two and a half years into long covid. I took it for a pretty intense one week regime and on about day four I yawned for the first time in two and a half years. That was the first time I realized I absolutely never yawn.

I'm back to not yawning it's been about a year now.

For context, yes I have crippling insomnia and have had this whole time.
