Board adhesion with Crealty PETG.

I’m very new to 3D printing, this is my first filament printer. I made the boat sample with the white filament included and it worked great. I bought some black Crealty PETG, set it the temp to 250 and have tried 3 different prints. After the first few layers, the print lifts off and starts spinning around. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
