Career Change and Licensing (Home State of Texas)

Hello, I have been working in finance and accounting in the state of Texas, Houston area, and am looking to make a career pivot. Over the past few days I have seen many people, on Reddit and elsewhere , recommend I find a company and get hired on as a staffer to have them pay for the licensing and provide some basic training that I may not get otherwise. I haven't found too many places in the area, it seems like there are quite a few in the DFW area. I'm wondering if anyone here has any recommendations of companies I should reach out to?
