What to read next

Hi, I just finished reading harry potter for the third time and I still love it ! But now I'm in need of something new. I have read quite a few books over the years like percy Jackson and other books by rick riordan, hunger games, and a lot of fantasy books. However, I have come to like books a bit more for "grown ups" for lack of a better Word. I read 1984 and brave new world lately and loved them. So my questions is this, what should I read next because I now like books with more depth and well writen characters etc but I still love stories like harry potter. Do you have any recommandations ?
