Why is everything so delayed?

I haven't played since season 2, I just came back for season 3 reloaded and this game genuinely feels worse than it ever has. It feels like the engine is reacting legitimately 0.5 seconds after key presses.

For example:

Trying to tackle sprint and slide just results in crouching like a moron mid gunfight. This was not an issue before. Looting and trying to chute jump also feel horrendous. Everything honestly feels awful.

I even went as far as getting a pcie to usb adapter so the controller would have direct access to the cpu lanes since they are faster latency wise. No difference.

It feels like the engine itself is bottlenecking inputs. Super annoying.
