Am I took weak stomached?

Going on week 4 of tirzepatide compound. Saw no movement week 1 or 2. By week 3, I'm down 11 lbs - this can also be contributed to the fact my spouse laid the news on me he wants a divorce and I've found no interest in eating at all. But I have been uncontrollably nauseated on the 2.5 dosage and FINALLY went to the doctor this week for Zofran to help. The nausea was so strong I couldn't sleep at night, I'd stay up all night just gagging. I've resorted to protein shakes, Gatorade, water but still... when the nausea is away, my stomach is tore up (watery, loose stools). I'm also taking Hydroxyzine with it, which I'm sure is wreaking havoc on my gut. Would it hurt to only take 1/2 dose this next time and then 1/2 later in the week to lessen side effects? Or is it one of those things I just have to power through?
