Lux Orbis

Hey all, I’ve been updating my load order recently and I’m using the LLO as my template. Problem is Im not really sure where to put Lux Orbis in my LO. Should I put it in the weather and lighting section or in light exterior edits? I’ve also heard some people say it should be at the very bottom. Does anybody know what the best placement for this mod is?
