Have You Been Harassed at the H-E-B Deco on Fredericksburg Rd?

I’m calling on the San Antonio community to speak up about something serious happening at the H-E-B Deco location on Fredericksburg Road.

Multiple customers—especially women—have reported sexual harassment, intimidation, and inappropriate behavior from security guards and off-duty police officers inside this store. These individuals are not H-E-B employees, but they are allowed to operate on-site with the store’s full knowledge.

What’s more troubling: Carolina, the store’s Operations Leader, has been made aware of these reports and has failed to take action. No investigation. No accountability. The behavior continues.

This is unacceptable.

Security and law enforcement are there to protect—not to prey on—the public. When leadership allows harassment to persist unchecked, they become part of the problem.
