A couple hours ago I assembled the Amyet s6 bike I ordered a week ago after it delivered I waited 2 days on my day off to assemble it. I just put it together and tried it out for the first time, I’m new to using e bikes and this my first one I looked up videos on how Amyet settings work I eventually had my setup.

5 minutes using it I pushed the throttle at max it only reached 5mph at most I’m assuming the settings isn’t tweaked properly, but I didn’t mind it until I noticed a strange sound from the back of the tires I took a look and noticed the metal/iron that’s attached to the fenders on the rear tire was squeezing the tire on the left side but not the right side & figured that the rear tire itself is not aligned correctly it’s leaning more outwards to the left of the metal/iron fenders. I took it back to my garage and left it there, I was so upset for about 20 minutes.

I decided to contact Amyet 6 hours ago I’m sure I have a warranty for a repair at least or a replacement. I’m not sure if theirs anyway I can fix this or buy a replacement tire from a bike shop or they can repair and put a replacement tire for the rear tire. Why I didn’t notice this earlier when I arranged it was because the tire was flat when I first unboxed it and assembled it & the fenders looked perfectly in shape like I literally couldn’t move the tires in place so I figured they perfectly aligned it as is and I just need to inflate the tires and I’m good to go. Hopefully theirs an answer here that doesn’t call for me to pay 1100$ again for a replacement cause then….that’s that for me for awhile.
