Advice on current banners and nikkes as newer player

I pulled one copy of Siren and have the free copy of Mori. Is Siren worth pulling for more copies or should I get new Mihara. Also I have 2 selectors that give Mori, Kilo, and Rei..should I get more Mori dupes or Pick the other 2 which I currently don't have?
