Looking for a commercial space on lease

Hey everyone, I’m currently looking for a commercial space on lease in Thunder Bay for a mechanic shop in a high traffic area. I’ve been looking on Realtor.ca, Kijiji, Fb marketplace, and driving around the city for two months. If anyone has any tips to share, it’ll be much appreciated. Thank You in Advance
