Who wins 1 normal male human vs a lion?

A 150 pound human male vs a full grown male lion who wins? I feel like the human can definitely win this. You can out run it by energy and when you do you can beat it. Though you will need to use your legs to kick the fuck out of the head. Use your arms? Your fucked. But using your legs will make it so the lion wont be able to pull your whole body in and get closer to your head. Feel free to disagree
