Kay's Material Library Mod Help - CONSOLE

I'm super new to mods and honestly kind of an idiot when it comes to mods. Trying to load my modded save where I used "Kay's Hair Extensions" mod but apparently there's a new mod dependency called Kay's Material Library -- but I can't find it anywhere to download it on the mod manager. Anyone know what's going on?
