Okay so hiiii. How are you all. I wanna know if someone have sterialization how they're doing now. Are you guys dealing well with your tokophobia now or it's didn't changed. And what type of sterialization you have to make it managble and why? Do you hysterectomy or bisalp or tubal or maybe contraceptives what help you to make it managble? And how are you feeling after your sterialization is it freedom??
