Struggling desoldering using hot air station, suggestions?

I'm not new to soldering but I am new to using a hot air station and desoldering SMD components. Recently purchased a Yihua 959D and am struggling to get the solder to liquefy using the station. Gone as high as 750 F but not dice.

Just looking for tios/suggestions. Not really sure what I'm doing wrong, I've been able to get it to melt plain solder by itself but when I try to melt the SMD solder it doesn't do anything.
