Women who ghost after messaging first?

So what is up with the women who will ghost you after hitting you up first? I swear it doesn't even matter the app, the few matches that I do get sometimes I get a promising "Hey how are you? :) " only to be ghosted after responding 🤔

Im sure it happens to women too, if I ghost a woman it's simply because she doesn't seem interested in talking or takes too long to respond... like days later type of timing.
