MDSU Degree Cert not available on DigiLocker anymore?

Hey guys.

Good morning to everyone, was trying to fetch my degree certificate using DigiLocker, to my surprise its not available anymore, I am certain that in past I was able to.

Anyone has any Idea what could be the issue?
