Why not FUT after FUE?

I feel like the standard course of action should be to get an FUE then an FUT. Mathematically, there’s no reason why the order matters, but if you get an FUE first, you have full optionality to decide whether you are unhappy with the FUE yield and need an FUT. Curious about people’s thoughts.
