Ftp help please !

I've tried for daysss and I can't figure it out, I get error codes when I try from file manager+. I was trying on my android phone, I have an HP laptop too. I already have two games downloaded, hamtaro and Oz beyond the yellow brick road. I've looked it up and followed instructions but it didn't work. If anyone can explain how they made it work for them I would be forever grateful. 3ds LL trying to play Ds games
