Atm withdrawal no cash dispensed but it was debited to my account

Hello! Not cc related but baka po may same experience lang here. Nag withdraw po kasi ako ng money pero walang nadispense na cash but nabawas agad sa account ko. I already filed a report but i still have to wait around 2-3 weeks.
