"Check your internet connection" error when downloading the game

I've tried clearing the Microsoft store cache, repairing the Xbox app, restarted my router, repaired the gaming services, restarted my pc but nothing helped and I couldn't find anything else. The issue only happens when downloading sea of thieves, any other game is downloading perfectly
