E340 won’t connect to wifi ?

Hey everyone, posting this because I’m currently having issue with my e340 doorbell camera . I already rest it 3 times and I tried connecting to the WiFi however is simply just won’t connect . The camera picks up the barcode in the app and beeps . Then it says it’s connecting to WiFi but it never actually connects…I’ve been trying for two hours already can anyone help ?
