How do you breastfeed a 5 month old?

Hey everyone! I have a preemie who's been on bottles since the nicu. By the time she tried breastfeeding I had already been pumping for 4 months and she would have been a "newborn". My flow was way too intense. Now shes 5 months corrected so 5 months since her duedate and we have a habit of doing comfort latching basically where I pump and she hangs out for her naps and making up for anything she didn't have in her bottle. Also in the morning we do a breastfeed I think? We're too lazy to get her bottle so I just put her on the breast at 6am. Lately she's been less interested in her bottle and wanting more breast which I love and can't believe is finally happening. She's not loosing weight and gaining well. Only issue is how do I do it 😂 I can only breastfeed her laying down and she also will eat then nap but we're both stuck there. Give me tips, schedules, anything.
