What ER would you recommend?

I usually go to Providence St. Vincent’s but I don’t know how it is there now since the strikes are over. I am dealing with a prolonged illness, and low urine output and a physician on r/askdocs said I should really be checked out. Last time I went was during the strike and all the nurses were here temporarily from other states and some of them it really felt like they didn’t care and were just in it for the high paychecks. My grandfathers was having complications from his cancer and kept getting hospitalized. Does anyone know how St. V is now or what are your thoughts on the other Portland area hospitals? Thanks
