I think I have been newly diagnosed?

Hello. I just had a fibroscan done after being diagnosed with hemochromatosis (Ferritin was in the 900s). I got results back from the scan and I'm a little confused. Online says these are normal parameters but the doctor says I have moderate fibrosis (stage F2/F3). Enzymes use to be high a few years ago, but have been normal for about 5 months now.

Liver median shear velocity: 1.46 meters per second. Liver median stiffness value: 6.4 kilopascal. IQR/median: 0.14.

IMPRESSION:

Liver fibrosis stage of F2/F3, consistent with moderate fibrosis

Fatty infiltration of the liver.
