Why does the hell-scrub survival life-support run out so fast?

Compared to other survival, The ones in Hollvania is so frustrating.

If it runs out so fast, can DE at least bump up the spawn rate of hell-scrubbers or life-support modules? I've been nuking out the map and it's still not enough to succeed the mission. My ETA this week has just been a hell of a frustrating time.
