Alright, so I’m going to start by saying I’ve never done plumbing work before…(let the roast commence)

I’m seeking advice from the pros as I’m finishing my basement bathroom. I’ve got 2, 2” pipes roughed in, with a toilet flange and a shower drain access. I also have a 2” pipe stubbed and capped from the first floor, that I believe is the vent, but correct me if I’m wrong! (See pics)

Now, the 4th picture is what I’m planning for drain/vent layout. I’d like to add a clean out or 2 if I can, either in the top right, top left going to “vent” stub, or both. I’d like to do a drop ceiling so I have access for everything. What would I be doing wrong if I did it this way?

Also, I used a shitty (no pun intended) boroscope that I bought online to scope the 2” drains in the slab. The left one has a wye fitting that connects to the toilet flange and also shoots straight down to a 90 degree sweep, from there I’m assuming it ties into the main somewhere.

The right one has the same thing but goes to the shower drain access. I believe I’ll have to add a trap, but I want to do a corner shower and I’ll have to move that stub anyways.

Let me know what I’m doing wrong in the planning process and if you have any advice or tricks, shoot em my way! Thank you all in advance.
