Need help with wifi connection on PC

I have 2 wifi's, wifi 1 (main) on my pc says "no internet, secured" on my PC, and I can't get it to connect whatsoever, it works perfectly fine on every single other device so it shouldn't be a wifi issue. In order use my PC in any capacity I have to connect to wifi 2 which is pretty baggy, but I can still connect with no issues, that that means it shouldn't be a PC problem either, does anyone have any idea what's going on? This is so annoying and makes no sense I have no idea how to fix it
