2-3 months keto 15lbs lost, no gym!!

Resubmitted after mod feedback! Keto works—and it gets easier the longer you do it! You’ll look leaner (less water weight), and after the first week or two, the hunger mostly goes away. After 2–3 months, you won’t want to quit. Some advice:

  • Calories still matter. Keto helps, but you still need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.

  • Anything can be keto if you make it yourself. You won’t eat the same as everyone else—and that’s totally fine.

  • Eat veggies. They’ve got carbs, yeah, but also fiber. Just do your research and include them.

  • Find your “safe foods.” I eat a lot of the same stuff every day—it makes life easier.

What I eat in a day: Black coffee till around 2PM Protein shakes (almond milk + Isopure) Smoothies (strawberries, blueberries, almond milk) Nut mix + Lily’s chocolate chips Charcuterie (meat, cheese, nuts) Ham & cheese sandwiches (keto bread) Peanut butter toast with chia seeds (keto bread) Eggs & bacon Tuna/egg salad Pork rinds Lox toast (smoked salmon + cream cheese + bagel seasoning on keto bread) Grilled meat + veggies (pre-marinated from Aldi) Drinks: Red wine, White Claw, vodka.

Final tip, stay in a deficit, and stay under 25 net cards a day. Don’t obsess about everything, that leads to binges and burnout. Never give up!!!
