Charge off account debt

I have multiple charge off accounts with a couple different creditors. I have 2 account with chase bank 1 with 2k and 1 with 1500 and 1 with target for around 700. I also have one with Apple Card thru Goldman Sachs's for around 2k all these accounts are charged off.i have money in the bank to pay these but was wondering should I pay the full amount or settle ? I also was wondering is it worth paying it off since it's already hit collections? My credit score was is sitting around a 610 at this time.
