Clenching fists while dreaming (!?) and realizing my elbows and hands pain often in the morning

This is weird one(at least for me). I had a dream where I was winning against something(sort of a challenge?) and was happy but also realized the my fists were balled up and were like that for long time. My fingers and wrists felt stressed, and elbows pained too (as if I had my hands bent through the night). This made me realize a couple of things - my hands are balled up in fists most nights and my elbows pain in the morning too.

Anyone experience something similar?
